Chris Elliott and Bio-One SC are God sent. 1 phone call in the middle of the night and in no time they were there. Professional, proficient, and most importantly compassionate. Chris made the burden we were faced with a little easier to bare. I don't know how we would have managed if he and Bio-One had not been there to help us. They took care of all of the insurance billing and paperwork. No hassle, clear and honest communication and information. Quick follow up and the actual cleaning they did was amazing. I would recommend them to anyone who has any type of bio cleaning need. You will not find a finer company or people to work with. They are all truly angel on this earth.

Wonderful service!! Came out super quickly to help us with a water leak that saturated our carpet. Had all the equipment we needed to quickly dry the area and subfloor. Very knowledgeable and professional!! Can’t say enough good things about Kris and his company!

We had the unfortunate need of Bio-One SC’s services for a suicide cleanup. They were there within an hour of me calling and did a fantastic job! They were very kind, gracious, and considerate of our situation and made every attempt to make this as pleasant as could be in a situation such as this. The insurance claim took way longer than expected and Kris was very patient and did not pressure me at all for payment which was very much appreciated. Call Chris at 6:00 a.m. and answere promptly. Very courteous and wants to help me haven't hired him yet I'm a little too far from him. But he still offered to help me if I need him. Suggested a company that is closer to me would be cheaper.

I don’t know if I can say enough about these guys. I had a room in my home that had mold in it, due to me leaving a window open and needed the touch of a professional. Kris was fast at getting an estimate and all the information I needed to send to my insurance company. He was professional and courteous the whole time, and had my room looking better than before the whole ordeal. Don’t let the description on what they do “scare” you, Kris is one of the best in the business.

Kris and his team are second to none - wow - we had a long ongoing leak from an old pipe in our crawlspace from the kitchen that Caused all kinds of issues especially the odor etc... Kris and his team were fantastic - did an unbelievable cleanup, found some other tissues during the clean that we resolved, and did it for a very very fair price - Highly recommend this group - professional professional
